Where does the Coaching take place?

• As I am based in Dubai with European and local clients, most of my coachings happen in a remote situation. Especially in the beginning, the familiar atmosphere at home helps to jump start your personal coaching journey.

• If time and topic allows, in-person coachings in the UAE, Berlin or Hamburg are possible e.g. to create your vision board, do a presentation training or build the foundation of your business.

• The Coaching is in English or German - whatever you prefer. Just let me know in the beginning.

How do we arrange the sessions?

• We practice what we preach: An agile and flexible working and coaching environment. According to and depending on both of our schedules, we arrange meetings flexibly. Usually, scheduling another meeting at the end of one session works the best.

  If you need to talk immediately about an urgent topic, it is easily possible to schedule a meeting at short notice.

Which topics can we talk about?

• Usually, in the first meeting we will find out what your Coaching target is. We will talk about your goals and how I can help you to achieve them.

• Some people have a clear idea what they want to discuss in their sessions, others just need to talk and let me guide them through their thoughts. Every topic is welcomed!

• However, if at the beginning of one session you feel like talking about a particularly important topic, we adjust our agenda accordingly. This is YOUR coaching session, individually adjusted to your needs.

How much is the coaching?

• Ideally we work over a longer period of time together, anything from three to six months is most common. In this case, I will tailor an offer according to your needs. One session starts from 235 € in the packages.
